Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care and wellness products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at littleorionco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request and we'll do our best to accommodate you, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
